Controls

Movement - WASD

Pickup and drop boxes - E

Open boxes (once unlocked) - hold Q

Click on menu items - Mouse Left click

Open/Close menu - Tab

Quick close emails - Space

To avoid actual RSI problems, there is some controller support

Movement - Left analog

Pickup and drop boxes - should be the bottom action button

Open Boxes - should be the right action button

Open/Close menu - should be the top action button

Unfortunately, you'll still have to use the mouse to buy upgrades or interact with the menu items.
